When will I get my maps?
We guaranteed a turnaround time of 48hrs for the Basic Map Package and 72hrs for the Animated Video Package
How do you know what to callout?
Our team of professionals researches the area to callout the most influential locational benefits of your property, including popular entertainment and amenities. However, when ordering you are able to enter if there is anything specific you would like to have called out.
What if I don't like my maps?
We offer one free revision round across the entire package, meaning if you don't like any of the maps or if there are things you wish to change, we will redo them to your satisfaction. Any additional revision rounds afterwords will be charged at a rate of $30 per hour.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes! If you need packages for multiple properties or wish to form an ongoing relationship, then please contact us to discuss your needs and get better prices.
Can you make a custom map?
Yes! All of our maps are custom-made and unique to the property, however, If there is a specific map style you need then reach out and we can help brainstorm and handle any ideas. The pricing for this will be dependant on what is needed.
